Back to 2009 Julie and I are coworker. We both originally from Indonesia, Julie was married in Jakarta, Indonesia with Agus before the came to the states. But they are really wanted to have their wedding photography capture in New York City! This photo session arranged by David Diasz from DiaszStudio. I was invited because I want to develop my own portfolio as well, and finally in the middle of Fall in New York City we made this happened!!

This photo shot taken in the early morning about 7:00AM! Do you know how much courage that I have to put to made myself woke up on this special morning ??!! Yaay ~

Yup, The Central Park was absolutely empty 7 O'clock in the morning !!

Me and David was so excited and we had our own thing going on, I had prepare some composition after I took a look some other photographer's work and I was very inspired for this Wedding Portrait.

At this part of portrait session I was a second shooter of my friend David Diasz. This portrait session was the second wedding that I have ever shot in 2009. The weather was a little chilled but Kristen was so happy and excited to have this photo shoot! I was really blank about lighting, composition, and technique at this moment. The only camera and lens that I had was Canon EOS 40D with Sigma 24-70mm & 50mm 1.8 ^.^" But the night before this photo shooting I took a looked at many famous wedding photographer just to prepare what kind of style that I want to expose on the picture. I satisfied enough with the results and by the time I know photoshop better, I retouch these images with different tones and color correction.

Since these photographs came out as my first portfolio I was so excited and make me want to shoot wedding over and over again ~
